Produced by the recognized winemaker, Carlos Teixeira (Quinta da Lixa), the Sol Real wines are both classic and fun. Quinta da Lixa have been making zesty Vinho Verde since 1986 and have won a lot of recognition for their wines. They try to be as environmentally friendly as they can be, saving rainwater, using solar energy and the use of light-weight recycled packaging.

Quinta da Lixa is a living testimony of the passion that the Meireles Family has always had for Vinho Verde. Located in the Sousa sub-region, around the small village of Lixa, in the municipality of Felgueiras, Porto, it is today one of the most influential companies in the region.
